Psalm 100

Sunday's Scriptures
Sunday. A day set aside to rest and to join others in worshiping our Creator.
Typically on Sundays I post specific Scripture verses that grandparents are turning to when praying for their grandchildren.

But today, as we enter Thanksgiving week, my thoughts turn to Psalm 100. Only five verses long, but so much truth…for us now and to pass on to the next generations.

Psalm 100

A PSALM FOR GIVING THANKS

Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth!
Serve the LORD with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!

Know that the LORD, he is God!
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!

For the LORD is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.

Have I mentioned that I’m thankful for each one of you who reads my blog? Your feedback encourages my soul..whether written here, on facebook, or in an e-mail. Thanks for taking the time to respond!

Blessings to all y’all! (All y’all is plural for y’all, in case you’re curious!)

And Happy Thanksgiving!

(NOTE: Please let me know how YOU pray for your grandchildren…I’d love to share your insights with my friends here.)
